Donna has been in the business of life and wellness coaching people to success since 1985.

Donna started out as a successful fitness centre manager followed by owning her own personal fitness training business in beautiful Noosa Heads, Australia. A 5th Dan Karate Black Belt and a global pioneer of childrens safety and protection with a goal of instilling self esteem in every child.

Donna discovered the modality of the Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique (B.E.S.T) in 2010, where the Mind meets Body using a revolutionary technology that is improving the health and happiness of mankind Worldwide.

Donna has devoted thousands of hours to training and has become Australia's and the Southern Hemisphere's first Elite Master Practitioner in the Bio Energetic Synchronisation Technique (B.E.S.T). Combining her natural gift of mentoring, Donna founded the Global Wellness Academy nine years ago, establishing it as a hub for professional wellness education, coaching, and mentoring. Donna Sutor has also developed the unique NSRT (Nervous System Regulation Therapy), aiming to reach individuals worldwide with this transformational modality.

Donna has a burning desire to reach the masses with NSRT around the world and has spent four years in the international hub of Dubai to achieve this goal, she has returned back to the beautiful Sunshine Coast to educate and motivate with skills acquired from the world stage..
